I think you should consider publishing a collection of short stories to start out with - similar to your blog now. Have you looked into any publishing deals? Have ever written anything lengthy before?
I'll miss reading your exploits on the job front, but wish you all the best. You may want to consider looking for what makes you happy, days are long when you are doing things you actively hate. Good luck out there in the PNW!
Good for you. That's what stupid jobs deserve. On a purely selfish level I'm worried you'll stop writing, you've produced some of the best work I've read in a long time. Stick at it, you're good.
